Amadeus are a multi-national travel technology company with offices all over the world, but the hub of many of their operations is Madrid.
We’ve worked with Amadeus for many years, across numerous departments, delivering campaigns and strategic solutions as they continue to shape the future of travel. Last week, we headed to their offices to get together with the Hotel’s team for an insightful, energising workshop.
Our 15 team members were kitted out with inspirational t-shirts, relating specifically to the hotel’s sector within the organisation. Uniting them in confidence and setting the tone for a fun, but focused day.
Workshops are a vital part of our insight process. We explore the areas that we’ve agreed to focus on and get under the skin of the people involved. Each workshop is different, depending on the aims and challenges at hand. But one thing that they all do is uncover the best plan of action to take on opportunities, to tackle threats and to improve the business overall.
Aside from the issues at hand, workshops are a great bonding tool. Your team get to have some time out from their usual environment and their everyday tasks to take a look inwards. People are at the heart of every brand, and so should also be at the heart of every brand-related insight.
